How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your device Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → OurHand → Cancel Subscription. Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Will I lose my data if my subscription expires?

No. We never delete your data because a payment lapsed. All your watches, photos, and records remain safe. Premium features are locked until you resubscribe, but your data stays intact.

How accurate are the valuations?

Valuations are indicative asking prices sourced from TheWatchAPI, based on thousands of online listings updated daily. We display confidence ratings (High/Medium/Low) so you know the data quality. They are not appraisals or guaranteed sale prices.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is transmitted over TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest. Sensitive fields like serial numbers and prices have additional application-layer encryption. We never sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Does OurHand show ads?

No. OurHand is 100% ad-free for all users, both free and premium. We generate revenue exclusively from premium subscriptions.

Can I export my collection?

Yes. You can export your collection as CSV or PDF at any time. Premium users have unlimited exports; free users can generate 1 PDF per month.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
