1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using OurHand ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
OurHand is a watch collection management app that allows you to catalog, track, and manage your watch collection. The App provides features including collection management, market valuations, AI-assisted watch identification, maintenance reminders, and more.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use OurHand. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
4.1 Free Tier
OurHand offers a free tier with limited features (up to 15 watches, limited AI identifications, etc.). The free tier is ad-free and does not require payment.
4.2 Premium Subscription
Premium features are available via auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Monthly: €6.99/month
- Yearly: €65/year (includes 7-day free trial)
4.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
4.4 Cancellation
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until the period ends.
4.5 Free Trial
The yearly subscription includes a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will begin at the end of the trial period.
4.6 Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users' accounts.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the App.
- Upload malicious content or use the App to distribute harmful material.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding your personal data), is owned by OurHand and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App.

9. AI Watch Identification
AI-powered watch identification is provided as an assistive tool. Results are suggestions, not guarantees. You must confirm AI suggestions before they are saved to your collection. OurHand is not liable for incorrect identifications.
10. Data & Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OurHand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or errors in valuations.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. Third-party services (TheWatchAPI, OpenAI, Frankfurter API) may also experience outages outside our control.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings, which will permanently remove all your data.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
